I've been impressed with Samsei since day one, the training staff are fantastic and the ethics and instructing style of the club is second to none. The students and families involved in the club are supportive, encouraging and amazing individuals. Highly recommend Samsei to any families wanting to enrol for martial arts.

I drive past 7 other dojos to attend training at Samsei, because the culture at Samsei is based on acceptance and empowerment. The leadership team here focus on supporting students to achieve their own goals, at their own pace. As an adult who has never been involved in any sports activities previously, I really appreciate this attitude, as it enables me to have a really positive experience of training. Our family has been involved in the club for three years. It has given our boys so much confidence and our elder son is part of the leadership group which he loves helping to teach the younger students, along with skills for life. There are many incredible teen and young adult role models for our children to look up to along with fabulous Sensei and staff who are always encouraging. Great family club for young and old.

*** Highly recommended *** My son who was 11 at the time he joined did his research and wanted to join this family friendly organisation. He is now in the Leadership program which has helped with his self confidence. Any parent wanting to teach their children self confidence and resilience this is a great start especially when our society has a high bullying statistics - it's not about being the best but actually understanding why self defence techniques are so important - also the kids have heaps of fun

We joined Samsei two years ago for our (then 4yr old) twins Billy & Zack to start in their Little Ninja program.
The boys love it and have rarely missed a class since joining. It's improved their co-ordination, self confidence, respect, listening to name a few.
But as parents we especially like how it supports our parenting style and how it doesn't just stay in the class but skills are transferred and interested into daily life like bullying, stranger danger, being hurt and learning how to say no for example. It's life skills through learning martial arts.
We cannot talk highly enough of the staff at Samsei Martial Arts. Owner and head teacher Sensei Greg takes the Ninja class with an excellent support team. The leadership program opportunity starts very young and our boys have not only examples of leadership from Sensei Greg and the adult Sempai's but Sempai's of all ages with a young female preteen Sempai.
The staff are caring but firm and are very clear with their high expectations.
It's great to see not only our twins but other children grow and develop, not just with their skill mastery but with behavior and concentration improving as time passes.
